This puppy is guaranteed to be healthy at time of sale. Buyer has three days to have puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian finds this puppy to have a life threatening defect, puppy may be returned with a written statement explaining defect. Subject to our veterinarians agreement. We are not responsible for veterinarians fees. If puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary defect with in 1 year of purchase date, puppy may be returned, with written statement from veterinarian, for another puppy (when available). We are not responsible for death of puppy due to injury, neglect, loss, accident, abuse or carelessness. Buyer agrees never to place the puppy in an animal shelter or unsuitable home. We will gladly accept your puppy/dog back to find suitable home. Buyer agrees to provide adequate veterinary care, shelter and diet. Buyer also agrees to spay/neuter puppy, unless otherwise agreed. |
